The Customer is required to actively participate in each stage of the development process and must confirm progress before advancing. Any changes to the scope or direction after formal approval may result in additional costs, and the Company shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction resulting from such post-approval changes.

Content Restrictions
The Company does not create websites, content, or provide services for platforms that promote political agendas, revolutionary ideologies, or content that may incite violence, hatred, or discriminatory actions. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer whose project involves such content or violates the principles of inclusivity, respect, and neutrality.

Limitation of Liability
The Company provides targeted solutions based on available information but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on the Customer's implementation of the Company’s recommendations and the proper use of provided resources. The Company offers suggestions and options, but the final decision remains with the Customer, who assumes full responsibility for the results.

Social Media and Website Management Liability
All content, including but not limited to social media posts and website updates, will be submitted to the Customer for review and formal approval before release. The Customer assumes full responsibility for any consequences arising from such content, including any legal, regulatory, or reputational outcomes. The Company does not provide legal advice regarding social media or website content, and the Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The Company shall not be held liable for any repercussions resulting from the Customer's content choices.

Media Ownership and Usage
All media (photos, videos, recordings, etc.) created by the Company remain the property of the Company. By engaging the Company’s services, the Customer consents to the use of such media for promotional purposes, including publication on the Company’s website, social media, and advertisements. The Company will seek the Customer's consent before using any media, but the Company is not responsible for unauthorized use of such content by third parties, including internet data scraping or copyright infringement by others.

Information Security
The Company does not sell or distribute the Customer's personal information. However, the Company cannot be held liable for any cybersecurity incidents, data breaches, or digital lockdowns that may occur. The Customer is responsible for securing their digital infrastructure, and the Company disclaims liability for any damages resulting from unauthorized access, breaches, or other cyber-related disruptions.

Delays
While the Company endeavors to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, the Company reserves the right to extend delivery timelines in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental lockdowns, or other events beyond its control. In such cases, the Company will take reasonable steps to notify the Customer of any delays.

Educational Resources
The Company provides educational resources that are free to share, print, and distribute for non-commercial use. These resources, however, may not be resold or used for profit by other institutions or third parties. The Company assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or efficacy of any resources that have been redesigned, altered, or modified by any person or entity. Any misuse or unauthorized commercialization of the resources is strictly prohibited.

Adherence to Canadian Human Rights Act
The Company operates in compliance with the Canadian Human Rights Act and ensures that its services are provided in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of all individuals.
