FAQ

  • How do you keep your training programs high quality?

For all projects, we run an analysis to understand the need for training content.

Then, we collaborate with subject matter experts.

For example, if the business requires safety-focused training for the manufacturing sector, we collaborate with HSSE & Business Consulting LLC. This is just one example of our collaboration process.

We continuously evaluate each stage of instructional model development to ensure that all training content adheres to industry standards.

Our training programs are developed by experienced professionals, and we regularly review and update our content based on feedback and evolving industry needs to ensure the highest quality of training.

  • Do I need to sign a contract for every project separately?

Yes, a separate contract is required for each project and product. Given that every project is distinct and encompasses various milestones, each contract will explicitly define the specific terms, conditions, start and end dates, and deliverables pertinent to that project. This contractual agreement serves to establish a clear understanding between the parties involved.

Furthermore, even in the case of purchasing a single product, a contract is essential. This document will provide a comprehensive description of the product and delineate the terms of the transaction.

By formalizing these agreements, we ensure that both parties are in complete accord regarding the services or products being offered and received.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

While we create product and service-specific cancellation policies for each client, our general policy is outlined here.

If you require a specific cancellation policy for your particular purchase, please contact us directly for a detailed quote. This allows us to provide you with a cancellation policy that addresses the unique terms and conditions of your purchase.

We are committed to ensuring transparency and clarity in all our agreements.

  • If I am in a youth entrepreneurship program and receiving free training and mentorship, do I still need a contract?

Yes, a contract is still required even if you are receiving free training and mentorship through the youth entrepreneurship program.

For participants under the age of 18, it is mandatory to have a parent or guardian co-sign the contract to ensure that all legal obligations and responsibilities are understood and accepted.

If you do not have a parent or guardian available, please still reach out to us, and we will guide you through the appropriate legal channels, free of charge.

It is important that the contract clearly outlines the terms of participation, including the description of the services provided and the responsibilities of both parties involved.

This contractual agreement serves to protect your interests and ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of the program's structure and expectations.

If you are still confused, please text us at (1) 647 847 0488 and we will help you navigate the process to join the program.

The safety and well-being of all participants, particularly minors and vulnerable individuals, are of the utmost importance.

All adults involved in our programs, including mentors and trainers, undergo comprehensive background checks, including screening for vulnerable sector involvement.

We also implement strict codes of conduct that govern interactions with youth.

Additionally, all communication with minors is carefully monitored, and virtual sessions are recorded for transparency and accountability.

Prior to participation, consent forms are signed to ensure that youth and their parents or guardians are fully informed of our safety protocols.
