General Cancellation Policy:

While each agreement will have a cancellation policy specific to the product or service purchased, the general terms are as follows:
14 Days or More Before Project Start: Clients who cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees, minus any non-refundable deposit specified in the service agreement, if applicable.
7 to 13 Days Before Project Start Date: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the total service cost.
After the Project Start Date: Cancellations made after the project start date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost, unless specified different terms in their agreement.
Specific Cancellation Policies: Every product or service will have its unique cancellation policy, which will be provided during the contract signing. We suggest you refer to the policy provided during the purchase of the product or services.
NexusHub's Right to Cancel: NexusHub reserves the right to cancel any project or transaction without notice in the event of client misconduct or breach of agreement. In such cases, NexusHub will not be liable for any refunds, and the client will be responsible for covering all legal fees associated with the breach of agreement or any resulting disputes.
Requesting a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, clients must submit their request in writing via email to info@nexushub.ca or through our contact form on the website. NexusHub will confirm the receipt of the cancellation request and process it according to the terms outlined in this policy..
Exemptions: In extraordinary circumstances, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or other unforeseen events, clients may request an exemption from the cancellation fees. Clients must provide appropriate documentation to support their exemption request.
Review and Update: NexusHub will review this cancellation policy annually to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws.
